Before you receive rental gear
The live rental page says guests need to complete a rental agreement form before equipment is issued. That belongs near the top of the page because it saves time at the counter.

Whaleback currently tells guests they can stop by the rental shop during open hours or email info@whaleback.com to schedule tuning.
Good practical guidance for visitors
- Give yourself extra time if rentals are part of the day.
- If you are coming for a lesson, arrive early enough to handle fittings first.
- If you need tuning or adjustments, ask before the mountain gets busiest.
